海珠区关于加强社会面疫情防控措施的通告（一）

Notification of Strengthening COVID-19 Control and Prevention Measures in Haizhu District (1)

我区在常态化核酸筛查中发现核酸检测异常情况，为防止疫情传播，经专家研判，区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部研究决定，从2022年10月23日15时至10月26日24时，加强社会面疫情防控措施，通告如下：

Abnormal test results were detected in the routine PCR testing in Haizhu District. In order to curb the spread of COVID-19 and according to the results of comprehensive assessments, Haizhu District COVID-19 Control and Prevention Command Center decided to strengthen COVID-19 control and prevention measures starting from 15:00 on October 23 to 24:00 on October 26, 2022, as follows:

一、全区范围内实施以下防控措施

1. District-wide control measures

（一）做好个人防护和每日健康监测，配合开展核酸检测，严格限制聚集性活动，保持1米以上社交距离，有发热、干咳、乏力、咽痛等症状时及时就诊。

(1) Residents shall practice good personal protection, monitor their health every day and get tested as required. Gatherings and social activities shall be avoided, and social distancing of one meter shall be followed. Those who develop any symptoms such as a fever, dry cough, fatigue, or a sore throat shall visit a hospital immediately.

（二）娱乐场所（KTV、歌舞厅、游艺厅等）、电影院、室内游泳馆、剧院、酒吧、健身房、网吧、台球厅、棋牌室、麻将馆、密室逃脱、足浴店、美容按摩院、美发店、洗浴中心等密闭半密闭场所暂停营业。

(2) Entertainment venues (KTV, ballrooms, game halls, etc.), all the enclosed and semi-enclosed venues including cinemas, indoor swimming pools, theatres, bars, gyms, internet bars, billiards halls, chess and poker rooms, mahjong rooms, escape game rooms, foot massage centers, beauty & massage salons, hair salons and bath centers shall suspend operations.

（三）提倡各单位、企业居家办公。以社区、小区、机团单位、大院、企业、公共场所等为单位，减少人员流动，加强人员出入管理，查验48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，落实测温、扫场所码，督促规范佩戴口罩。

(3) Companies and institutions are recommended to work from home. Residents are suggested to refrain from traveling. The management of entry and leaving shall be strictly implemented in community committees, residential communities, public institutions, compounds, enterprises, and public venues, including measures such as temperature checks, scanning the venue code with a 48-hour negative PCR result and urging people to wear masks correctly.

二、赤岗街道、凤阳街道、江海街道在实施第一措施基础上，实行以下防控措施：

2. Chigang, Fengyang and Jianghai Subdistricts shall implement the following measures on top of the district-wide control measures:

（一）所有餐饮服务单位（含饮品店、小吃店、早餐店等）暂停堂食，只提供到店自取、网络或电话等外卖订餐服务。

(1) Dine-in services of catering service providers (including drinks shops, snack shops and breakfast shops) are suspended. They must only provide food takeout and online or telephone delivery service.

（二）中小学阶段学校、幼儿园暂停返校及线下教学。校外培训机构暂停线下教学，托育、托管机构暂停服务。

(2) All kindergartens, primary and middle schools in Haizhu District shall suspend their return to school and offline teaching, all training institutions shall suspend offline teaching, and nursery and childcare institutions shall suspend their services.

三、凤阳街道凤和经济联社康乐、鹭江围合管理区域，赤岗街道客村片区，在第一、二措施基础上，实行以下防控措施：

3. Kangle and Lujiang enclosed management areas of Fenghe Cooperatives, Fengyang Subdistrict and Kecun Village, Chigang Subdistrict are subject to the following control measures on the basis of all the measures above:

（一）区域内以社区、小区、机团单位、大院、企业等为单位，设置卡口，出入口严格执行体温必测、口罩必戴、扫场所码、查验24小时内核酸检测阴性证明。

(1) Strict entry and exit management shall be implemented in community committees, residential communities, public institutions, compounds and enterprises, including measures such as temperature checks, venue code scanning and checks of negative PCR testing results within 24 hours at the entrance.

（二）超市和农贸市场严格落实限流、测温、扫场所码并查验24小时内核酸检测阴性证明。

(2) Measures such as traffic limiting, temperature checks, venue code scanning, and checks of negative PCR testing results within 24 hours at the entrance will be strictly implemented at supermarkets and farmers’ markets.

以上措施，将根据疫情防控形势变化适时调整。感谢广大市民群众的理解支持和配合！

The measures will be dynamically adjusted according to the development situation of COVID-19. Thank you all for your understanding and support of the COVID-19 control and prevention work in Haizhu District.

经专家研判，区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部研究决定，从2022年10月24日1时至10月26日24时，在执行10月23日发布的《海珠区关于加强社会面疫情防控措施的通告（一）》基础上，增加实施以下社会面疫情防控措施，通告如下：

On top of the measures rolled out in Notification of Strengthening COVID-19 Control and Prevention Measures in Haizhu District (1) promulgated on October 23, Haizhu District COVID-19 Control and Prevention Command Center has made the decision to implement additional COVID-19 control and prevention measures starting from 01:00 October 24 to 24:00 October 26:

一、全区范围内：

1. District-wide control measures:

各高校、职业院校和技工院校实施封闭管理。校外培训机构暂停线下教学，托育、托管机构暂停服务。

Colleges, universities, technical and vocational education and training institutions will be placed under closed-off management. All training institutions shall suspend offline teaching, and nursery and childcare institutions shall suspend their services.

请市民朋友积极配合核酸检测，按照所在街道或社区的通知指引，分时段参加核酸检测，做到“应检尽检、不漏一人”。

Residents shall follow the notification and instructions of the subdistrict or community to get tested in the designated time slot. This testing is universal and should cover every household and every individual.

二、赤岗街道、凤阳街道和江海街道：

2. Chigang, Fengyang and Jianghai Subdistricts:

货运场所、批发市场、工业园区等暂停生产经营活动。

Production and operation shall be suspended at logistics centers, wholesale markets and industrial parks.

三、中大纺织商圈：

3. Sun Yat-Sen University Textile Business District:

所有批发市场、物流园区（理货区）等暂停生产经营活动。

Production and operation shall be suspended at all wholesale markets and logistics parks (cargo handling zones).

四、凤阳街道凤和经济联社康乐、鹭江围合管理区域，赤岗街道客村片区：

4. Kangle and Lujiang enclosed management areas of Fenghe Cooperatives, Fengyang Subdistrict and Kecun Village, Chigang Subdistrict:

除疫情防控、保障民生的公共服务类企业以及民生必需的农贸市场、超市、药店、医疗机构之外，其他企业、商户暂停生产经营活动。

Apart from public service enterprises responsible for COVID-19 control and prevention and essential service provision as well as entities that provide daily necessities such as farmers’ markets, supermarkets, drug stores, and medical facilities, production and operation at all other enterprises and businesses shall be halted.

倡导非必要不离开本片区，倡导非必要不进入本片区。

Residents of this area are encouraged to stay inside the area unless there is a pressing need to leave. Residents of other areas are advised to stay away from this area.

以上措施，将根据疫情防控形势变化适时调整。感谢广大市民群众的理解支持和配合！

经专家研判，区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部研究决定，从2022年10月24日5时至10月26日24时，在实施10月23、24日发布的《海珠区关于加强社会面疫情防控措施的通告（一、二）》基础上，全区范围实施以下社会面疫情防控措施，通告如下：

On top of the measures rolled out in Notification of Strengthening COVID-19 Control and Prevention Measures in Haizhu District (1) and (2) promulgated on October 23 and 24, Haizhu District COVID-19 Control and Prevention Command Center has made the decision to implement additional COVID-19 control and prevention measures starting from 05:00 October 24 to 24:00 October 26:

一、中小学阶段学校、幼儿园暂停返校及线下教学。

1. All kindergartens, primary and middle schools in Haizhu District shall suspend their return to school and offline teaching.

二、餐饮服务单位（含饮品店、小吃店、早餐店等）暂停堂食，只提供到店自取、网络或电话等外卖订餐服务。

2. Dine-in services of catering service providers (including drinks shops, snack shops and breakfast shops) are suspended. They must only provide food takeout and online or telephone delivery service.
