抖音国际版CEO出席美国听证会，被一群议员盘问了5个小时离离原上谱的问题，结果因为极佳的修养和出色的外貌，涨了几百万粉丝！

这位CEO就是周受资，看看抖音国际版网友们给他配的爱心滤镜，就知道外国人有多爱他了。

看到这一幕的扎克伯格恐怕要哭出声来。

2018年，作为Facebook CEO的扎克伯格也被拉到听证会一顿“拷问”，结果小扎因为表情过于机械，被网友怀疑是机器人，还把他做成了表情包。

小扎试图为自己辩解：如果你被拉去问五六个小时，你也会成表情包。

这才几年，周受资就来啪啪打小扎的脸了。

议员问TikTok能不能接入家用WiFi："Mr Chew, does TikTok access the home WiFi network?"

一个短视频社交平台不用WiFi，就像有人洗脸不用水一样，显然，周受资也听懵了：

"Im sorry. I may not understand the..."

议员："So if I have a TikTok app on my phone, and my phone is on my home WiFi network. Does TikTok access that network?(如果我的手机上有一个TikTok应用程序，并且我的手机连在我家的WiFi上，那TikTok会访问网络吗？)”

周受资："It will have to get access to the network to get connections to the Internet if thats the question.( 如果是这个问题，TikTok必须访问网络才能连接到互联网)"

看到这里，千万别以为议员是傻白甜，天真地问一些海底的美人鱼才会不知道的问题。

前面只是伏笔，这位议员接着就抛出了致命的问题："Is it possible then that it could access other devices on that home WiFi network?(那么它是否有可能访问家庭WiFi网络上的其他设备？)"

周没有因为前面的不着边际麻痹大意，他马上斩钉截铁回复："Congressman, we do not do anything that is beyond any industry norms. I believe the answer to your question is no.(议员先生，我们不会做任何超出任何行业规范的事情。对你这个问题，我的答案是不会。)"

能成为独当一面的TikTok CEO，周受资被称为打工人的天花板。

他出生在新加坡一个普通家庭，父亲是建筑业从业人员，母亲是记账员。

新加坡施行的是双语教育，所以周受资从小精通中文和英文，这为他以后的职业生涯打下了基础。
